WHITEWILL REAL ESTATE BROKERS L.L.C ("Whitewill", "we" or "us") is committed to safeguarding the personal data collected or received from visitors (“Visitors”) of the Website st-regis.whitewill.ae (“Website). We are registered in United Arab Emirates, Dubai, The Greens, 1 Sheikh Zayed Rd, The Onyx Tower, Office 1314.
In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) we explain how your personal data, meaning any information relating to you as an identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”), that we may hold about you, is collected, used, stored, disclosed, and removed (each and all referred to as "processing").
This Policy only applies to information we process when you use our Website. It does not apply to the practices of companies that we don't own or control, or employees that we don't manage. Please do not provide us with any Personal Data if you do not want that information to be used by us in this manner.

Whitewill may collect, store and use information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (the “DPA“) and any other relevant legislation and regulations.

Whitewill will collect your telephone number if your wish to download catalogue of new developments in Dubai. We collect this Personal Data in order to establish contact and communicate with you, also for our own internal record-keeping requirements.
